One on One Pilates

Have a private session with a Physiotherapist doing reformer and matwork Pilates, manual therapy, massage and learn about all the changes that occur in your amazing body during pregnancy. You will receive a tailored program to suit your specific needs and, if desired, a program to complete at home to keep the results coming.

Semi Private Pilates

Exercise is always more fun with a friend!
Semi-private sessions include reformer and matwork pilates for two people. We can target your desired goals and have a fun time achieving them. Tailored home programs are also optional in semi-private sessions.
